MILLIKAN POINTE,  Beaverton, OR 

At a busy suburban street intersection Millikan Pointe was designed and developed as a mixed use project to allow office tenants to own their office space.

Three retail buildings for leasing and six office buildings with condominium ownership are configured with a common parking area. Fire rated party walls within the office buildings allow for twelve individual owners of office spaces as well as an individual owner to occupy an entire building.

Simplified brick veneer and steel canopy details in conjunction with engineered wood panels over a rain screen wall assembly yield worry free maintenance for owners and a clean aesthetic.
